The goal of this workshop is to detect & recognize all the different signs, which are sometimes physically, cognitive, affective and behavior due to high stress, and being able to work together with the co-worker who’s concerned. So.. open your eyes… before it’s too late! Because happy people are productive people.
FR: Avant que le burnout fasse irruption dans la vie des travailleurs, des signaux d’alerte sont souvent perceptibles. Autant faut-il savoir les reconnaitre ! Le but de ce workshop est de passer en revue les signaux à la fois physiques, cognitifs, affectifs et comportementaux associés à un niveau de stress élevé et continu pour ensuite pouvoir échanger avec le travailleur concerné.
