FUTUREPROOF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING PROGRAMS (OR THE CURRENT AND FUTURE STATE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE
Futureproof psychological wellbeing programs (or the current and future state of psychological wellbeing in the workplace) Companies are investing in wellbeing programs for different reasons: company culture, employer branding or reduction of absenteeism. To achieve international ROI figures in your company, you need evidence-based intervention programs. Budgets need to be bundled and reallocated to the design and implementation of good programs. Firstly, you need to focus on one or multiple interconnected topics such as a healthy mind, body, relations or job. Secondly, you need scalable self-assessment tools to measure (sub)scores and needs with regard to these topics. Thirdly, you need tailored stepped and blended care interventions. Fourthly, your need reporting of aggregated self-assessment data combined with absenteeism data to evaluate the (cost-)effectiveness of program. Futureproof wellbeing programs ask for better intervention development and screening tools, including digital and biological markers.

B, Do not Present, Inspire!
You do not have to be a Picasso or Tuymans to benefit from this training. On the contrary: the less academic training you have in drawing, the freer you are in translating your ideas, the more original the result! But of course it is not just about the form, but also the content of your story must be about to convince your audience. With a visual story you at least combat the dreaded syndrome of "death by PowerPoint", on which so many wonderful ideas have already suffered shipwreck. (Inspiring Speech)
C, Creating Inspiring Workplaces

WORKSHOP SESSION 5
A, Acquiring Talent Today!
"One of the most common reasons why candidates don’t finish their applications is the company’s recruitment processes being too long, complicated, not user-friendly, etc. This is a problem for both applicants and recruiters. There is an overall shortage of talent, and job seekers don’t stay on the market for a long time. Studies have also revealed that 86% of recruiters feel the labour market is candidate-driven, making it even more important for companies to put their focus on improving their employer branding in order to attract the best talent.
In this workshop, we will talk about the importance employer branding and how it translates in a great candidate experience. Leading the way to bringing the best talent within your company." (Skeeled)
