WORKSHOPS SESSIONS 2 AND ROOM LOCATIONS
Utilising Mindfulness for High Calibre Team Performance. (Room Location: PURPLE HALL)
The creation of productive, energised and engaged teams is central to an effective and motivated business. Mindfulness, when integrated into the teambuilding process, can truly enable this. How this can be achieved is examined in this workshop.
Smoking is still seriously impacting your business performance! (Room Location: RED HALL)
Smoking is having a serious and expensive impact upon your business. Not simply in extra time required by smokers to feed their habit. You may have a non-smoking campus but smokers will still need to exit the area to smoke. Older employees will begin to suffer the morbidities created by smoking and this will impact absenteeism and productivity. Demonstrably effective methods can be employed to help the smokers on your staff and there is a clear business case for this which will be demonstrated at this session.
The Role of Recognition in delivering First Class Customer Service.(Room Location: GOLD HALL)
The key to a successful business is excellent customer service and the key to that is recognition for the individuals in the customer facing areas of your business. How does this recognition impact upon moral, absenteeism and recruitment and what methods can be employed to ensure first class customer service and motivated, engaged employees?
