Arne Van Damme, COO, Intuo

Arne is an HR Futurist, HR Tech COO and general HR Speaker. As a computer scientist I learned a lot about the digital & agile world.

Everyday, I try to apply those principles to HR. As COO of intuo I’ve helped 100+ companies make the transition towards more data-driven & agile HR.

I talk about how HR can transform itself, how good leadership works in the digital age and why companies should prioritise employee well-being.

Bita Yazdani, Culture Strategist at SelfLeaders

As a former strategy consultant and collaborator of Simon Sinek, Bita has inspired leaders and organizations to discover and activate a sense of purpose, clarity of vision and a set of values to motivate their journey.

She challenges her audience to reflect on both the upsides and downsides of powerful stories and encourages leaders to adapt wise and ethical storytelling as opposed to persuasive branding techniques.

Her own purpose is to elevate wisdom in every human decision by inspiring leaders to discover their personal values and ethical compass. Bita combines domains of culture, strategy, psychology and philosophy in an interactive session.
