Come and have a go at making Vietnamese summer rolls, creating the perfect arancini or mix up your own flavours at our invention test challenge aka masterchef. The workshop will run with our expert chef on hand to guide you through making the perfect cuisine.

With one in four people suffering at some point in their lives from a diagnosable mental health condition mental ill health within the workplace is simply not possible to ignore. Adel will be discussing some of the statistics around the subject as well as giving tips on how to remove the stigma and to prevent burnout within your Employees.
